=69.GIAP= Skins

Here is where you will find screenshots of aircraft for which we have made custom skins. Eventually, it would be nice to have a squad based skin for every aircraft in the game, but that will take a rather loooong time!!! But we certainly would like to create skins for every aircraft which served in the VVS (soviet air force) during the Great Patriotic War (World War 2).

These are available for download from our private files section. It is recommended for all squad members to download all of the skins in the files section, including all of the personalised skins (even if you don't have one yourself). This helps a great deal in reducing lag during online play when skin download is activated, and with you already having the skin in your aircraft folder, each player's skin will instantly be visible to you.

We often record tracks of our practice sessions, and missions, and like to see the squad flying in the right colours, as it makes pretty cool screenshots!!

A good number of these skins were created by ZULU as a parting gift before he left the squad for No.601 Squadron at The Tangmere Pilots. Others have been made by VENOM, AKULA, TOOZ, and ROSHKO. Also, two skins were made by AKA_Snake for the GeeShap, these being the B-25J and A-20G. Both are great skins!!
