Any other award is available through nomination only. If a pilot performs a meritorious deed, and it is deemed by his comrades that this pilot deserves recognition above any others, then a post should be made in the private forum giving details of the event, and the reasons for the nomination.

It is then up to the command staff to review the nomination, and decide whether an award should be presented to the pilot in question. If the nomination is successful, then a member of the command staff will make a post in the public forum announcing the award.

When nominating a pilot for an award it would be best if you review both the Order of the Commissar and the descriptions of the awards available to gauge the level of recognition that should be given, before submitting the nomination.

Nominations can be announced for pilots who give service to the Regiment in various ways. For example: actions taken during combat missions, effective leadership in combat, or in organising events and training schedules, or performing well in an online war, and many other ways. The reasons for nomination are many, and are entirely up to the person doing the nominating.
